Tammy DelBoccio – Business Manager
Tammy found dentistry by default when her husband, Dr. Richard DelBoccio went to Dental School in 1994. While she has always enjoyed helping people, she now does so by ensuring that our patients see results with their oral health.
With an extensive business background and a wealth of knowledge on all phases of dental insurance, Tammy uses her education and experience to manage our office. Having been with our practice since the very beginning, she also works with practice management coaches and
implements business and office protocols to ensure that everything is running as smoothly as possible.
Tammy believes that communication is the key to a great patient-doctor relationship and is committed to creating a comfortable environment for all our patients. Above all else though, Tammy is thankful for the opportunities that dentistry has given her and grateful to be able to give back to the Naples community.
Both originally from New Jersey, Tammy, and Dr. Richard DelBoccio will have been married for 30 years as of May 2020. They have one child who they are extremely proud of and became grandparents in August of 2019. In her free time, Tammy enjoys visiting family, traveling, biking, and spending time in her garden.

Johanna joined our practice in September of 2004. Johanna has always been fascinated with dentistry. As she herself has experienced as a patient, Johanna’s goal has always been to deliver the same care and compassion to our patients.
As a Dental Assistant, Johanna believes that all of our patients should fully understand the process of oral health maintenance and prevention. She strives to ensure that everyone who walks through our doors is treated with compassion and feels as if they are in a safe environment.
In her 15 years of experience, Johanna has become certified in endodontics, has undergone continuing education in implant dentistry, and has perfected her ability to give patients the care they deserve.

Her patient philosophy aligns closely with that of Dr. DelBoccio in that she works hard to provide our patients with the care they need, never doing anything that is not necessary and always working for the benefit of the patient.
If you see Erika outside of our office, it is likely that you will find her indulging in great food, running, or spending time with her family outdoors.
